If you are in Christ Jesus - If you Believe - If you want to dedicate your life to honor the Lord our God - If you are willing to give up this life for Him, then you are on the path to santification.
- Santification is progressive holiness in a believer's life while awaiting the return of Christ
- Whereas previously your behavior showed you were separate from God, now you bear witness to stand before God separate from this world
- the setting apart of believers for the purpose for which they are sent into the world - To honor the Lord Jesus Christ
- Sanctification is a state of separation unto God; all believers enter into this state when they are born of God
We all sin and fall short of the glory of God. True.
We are convicted by the Holy Spirit - We Are Shown Our Sins.
We repent of our sins - Repent means "Stop Doing It" - Ever Again.
The process continues for the rest of our life.
The good news is this; when you repent, the burden you feel about that sin is lifted and you experience joy.
The challenge is this; we all have more work to do... until we die.
